I had an incredible experience at Firestone Warwick today! I was in desperate need of an oil change and Steve and Tito were able to help me without question, even right before closing! Not only that, they were able to quickly get a part I for my complicated European car within minutes. I’m tremendously grateful and Firestone Warwick is officially my go-to. I’ll be back!

I had an outstanding experience at Town Fair Tire in Warwick, RI. Randy Souto and his team: Dave, Jacob, and Hannah. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their level of knowledge, professionalism, and customer service was truly impressive. I came in needing 4 new tires and was amazed that they had everything completed in under 2 hours. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and even pointed out a few future service items to keep an eye on, but I really appreciated that they were never pushy or trying to upsell unnecessary work. It’s rare to find a team this honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused these days. Huge thanks to Randy, Dave, Jacob, and Hannah for making this such a positive experience.
