I brought my Chevy Silverado 2500 in for a tire rotation today 5/30. When i walked in John was my CSR he was excellent! The guy Jay in the shop that worked on my truck took his time and was very careful with my vehicle! I've had bad experiences with other locations a few years ago and I let them know I was nervous to let them work on it but John assured me everything was going to be taken care of! And it was!!! I will be a returning customer to Middletown RI TFT! Thank you both so much again for bringing my faith back into TFT!
